- Familiarity with CUCM for centralized and efficient management of communication systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex communication system issues.

- Design and implement unified communication solutions tailored to meet the company's requirements.

- Configure and maintain Cisco communication systems to support company objectives.
