As a travel consultant intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced travel professionals and gain hands-on experience in creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
About Company: Metanoia Expeditions is a travel startup catering specifically to people between the ages of 18 to 35. We organize backpacking, adventure, and party trips to bucket-list destinations across the globe. We are on a mission to create a community of travelers that is fun and safe to travel with. Thousands of solo travelers have traveled on our trips and each one of them had the best time of their lives.
Each trip is important to us, hence we not only ease our booking process but go beyond the standard to help out the travelers in any way we can. Our team hand-curates the local experiences and works closely with local suppliers to ensure the best experience for our travelers. We are working on supporting young people to venture out on their own and see how incredible this world is. Sure, it's going to be a long journey but it will surely be one hell of a ride.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assisting clients with flight options and issuing tickets
- Assisting clients with Visa process & Documentation
- Complete ownership of visa process from appointment booking till submission
- Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails
- Ensure clients have correct visas and flight tickets for travel
- Utilize MS-Office and MS-Excel to organize and maintain travel records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the booking process
