Job Responsibilities
Design and develop travel itineraries in India Africa
Manage all logistical functions related to travel
Resolve traveler issues and mitigate problems effectively
Communicate with field staff and on-ground providers
Handle bookings,cancellations, and pre-departure/post-trip servicing
Enhance traveler experience and address safety/security needs
Vendor management,servicing, and communication
Any other functions required in the travel and logistics space
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday:On-site
Saturday-Sunday: Workfromhome(if required)
Growth Opportunities
Transition to Senior Roles:Candidates can advance to Operations Manager, Product Lead, Logistics
Manager, or Chief Operations Officer, managing strategic functions and teams.
Sales and Marketing:Overtime,candidates maylead client relationships and marketing efforts or form
long-term international partnerships.
Global Roles:Strong performers may oversee operations in new regions and transition to leadership
roles focusing on international locations.
