- Maintaining records of Drivers
- Ensure that all transportation equipment are well-maintained and in good working order and to keep its maintenance record.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and maintain necessary permits and licenses. RTO work related to all vehicles.
- Keeping the record of bills from the transporters and making necessary payments
- Submitting the invoices to the Principal
- Preparing LGPS, BPCL and fast-tag reports
- To Prepare E-way bill
- To keep a check on Diesel Reports
- Maintain transportation-related documentation
- Connection for Sourcing of Drivers
