Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the reporting head to develop the social media strategy and manage implementation.
  • Manage social media presence to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create social media content and campaign plans for various social media channels.
  • Use analytical tools to monitor and evaluate social media presence and user engagement.
  • Prepare reports on key metrics.
  • Communicate with influencers and industry professionals to create a network.
  • To lead and/or support special initiatives as assigned by the reporting head.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, humanities, or a related field.
  • Master’s/Post Graduate Diploma in Communications, Public Relations preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 0 - 1 year experience in communications roles, preferably in development sector organizations.

Skill

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good copywriting and content creation skills
  • Creative thinking
  • Ability to use social media channels effectively
  • Understanding of various analytics software

5 days working.

Work from the Office only.

Occasional travel.
