Tool Crib Operator

Job Description-

Position Summary:

The purpose of the role is to ensure timely tool planning to produce parts as per the planning.

Work You’ll Do:

• Ensure 100% safety in all activities at plant.
• Having knowledge of Zoller Tool Presetter.
• Selection of Cutting Tools base on Component requirement.
• Study & Monitor Tool Life.
• Trouble shoot the problem related to cutting parameter.
• Basic knowledge of ERP
• Periodic update the consumable items in inventory management system.
• Productivity improvement & reduce Tooling Cost
• Maintain proper Housekeeping in work area.
• Timely provide the Proper Tooling to operator
  
  

Team:

Part of Machine Shop & will handle Tool Crip activities.

Basic Qualifications:

ITI /diploma.
