Test Center Administrator / Invigilator (Part Time - 6 months)

Summary : The Test Center Administrator/Invigilator is responsible for administrating all aspects of the testing operations in assigned test center of Pearson Professional Centers by providing high quality on-site service in accordance with strict operational policies and procedures of the examination processes.

This role is a 6-month contract position (Part Time) and requires on-site presence in the office; remote work or work-from-home options are not available.

Key Roles & Responsibility

  • Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment
  • Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
  • Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing
  • Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues
  • Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination

Required Knowledge & Experience

Education and Experience:

  • 6 months customer service experience required
  • Exposure in a testing environment strongly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications required Skills

  • This role spans 6 months with flexibility to accommodate shifts any day of the week: Monday through Sunday, between the hours of 7:00 am and 11:00 pm.
  • Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling.
  • This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such, 20:00 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed
  • Should be comfortable to work in a quiet testing environment.

Pay

  • You will be paid INR 250 per hour + INR 200 daily allowance.
