Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Tender Officer to join our team at ElekGo Technology. As a Tender Officer, you will be responsible for the preparation, submission, and writing of tenders, proposals, and bids. This is a full-time role ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The job location is Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in tender preparation, submission, and writing
• Strong knowledge of tender planning, bid processes, and proposal writing
• Familiarity with compliance and documentation requirements
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, proposals, and bids in accordance with client requirements and specifications
• Research and gather necessary information for tender preparation, including market analysis and competitor assessment
• Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of tender documents
• Participate in meetings and discussions with clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Prepare and submit tender documents within specified deadlines
• Review and assess incoming tenders, proposals, and bids to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop winning tender strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tender activities, including documentation and correspondence
• Assist in contract negotiations and the preparation of contract agreements
