Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage potential customers effectively. This role involves making outbound calls to customers to introduce products/services, generate leads, and provide information.

This role involves making outbound calls to customers to introduce products/services, generate leads, and provide information.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads generated from initial calls.
- Provide product/service information to potential customers clearly and accurately.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the management.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Collect and document feedback from customers for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
- Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Experience : Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling/customer service is a bonus.
- Skills :
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and engaging phone presence.
- Ability to handle rejections professionally and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Attitude : Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
