We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager who can manage multiple large scale, complex transformation deliveries, work with vendors, third parties and clients to integrate solution effectively, bringing technical and business team along the journey. Provide leadership, quality governance, technical steer, and timely delivery of the initiatives.

Your tasks

  • Delivering complex technical initiatives and projects from inception to closure
  • Managing the technical scope of projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines
  • Leading SMEs to address and resolve complex technical challenges effectively
  • Setting up and managing cross-disciplinary teams (PODs) to deliver products on time
  • Ensuring timely and informed technical decision-making by the appropriate SMEs
  • Maintaining clear communication with senior management and executive committees (ExCo)
  • Advocating between service delivery teams and customers to align expectations
  • Prioritizing deliverables based on customer demands and business needs

Requirements

  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and tools
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and RAID log management
  • Experience in delivering complex, large-scale, globally distributed projects
  • Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams to drive collaboration and resolve issues
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
  • Expertise in infrastructure technologies, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures to ensure project success
  • Proficient vendor and stakeholder management skills
