Supply Chain Manager I

Job Characteristics: The primary focus of this position is to enhance product solutions delivery in existing team. Present insight and recommendations to management for decision making and strategic planning. Works with business partners and internal customers to gather technical and business requirements. Identify opportunities and drive synergies amongst the various teams Implement Talent Development Strategy and Succession Plan for key positions. Develops business plans, strategies and approaches to take advantage of the business opportunities in coordination with global functional teams. Provide subject matter expertise in Supply Chain areas including risk identification, project scope, and resource allocation. B. Tech/BE or advanced degree in Supply Chain / Operations Management / Data Science. Preferred advanced degrees in MBA or PGP in Data Science. Expert-level Functional Supply Chain Exposure to end to-end Supply Chain Operations Reference Model. High Professional Experience in Data Analytics & domain knowledge application of Data Science in end to-end Supply Chain Processes. Working knowledge and Application of key Statistical Techniques and Frameworks. Strong Project management Experience/ PMP certification. Good to have Supply Chain Certifications. Total experience of 10+ years in Lean Six Sigma, Finance or Supply Chain Management, Projects Management. 7+ years experience managing Analytics teams.

Responsible for 2 or more cells.
