Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Finding, checking and selecting tenders/bids from GeM or bid assist
  • Making technical compliances for GeM bids/tenders
  • Uploading & mapping of products on the GeM portal
  • Sourcing new products & pricing for GeM/tender quotes
  • Performing back-end follow-up of quoted bids with the online demo, responding to customer queries & clarification
  • Provide closure of quoted bids and convert them into order
  • Assist in stocks/inventory management of machines & materials
  • Conduct product searches on GeM & in Google searches
  • Prepare documents for e-tendering
  • Study tender documents, qualification criteria and the scope of work
  • Work on floating RFQ to various vendors/contractors and collecting quotations
  • Prepare comparative statements
  • Work on meeting deadlines for the tenders received from the public sector undertaking government and other organizations
