Individual is hired to resolve Customer disputes on invoiced billed to Customer. He is also

expected to understand the Root cause and help fix the same in the upstream process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispute Analysis: Analyze customer disputes to understand issues and identify root causes.
  • Data Retrieval: Retrieve and review data from upstream processes to investigate shipment histories.
  • Case Management: Evaluate cases and determine appropriate actions, whether acceptance, clarification, or rejection.
  • Coordination: Communicate with relevant coordinators to gather additional information as needed.
  • System Updates: Process amendments in core systems to reflect dispute resolutions.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate resolutions to customers effectively and professionally.
  • Root Cause Documentation: Record detailed root causes and actions taken for each dispute.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customerfocused approach.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Customer Focus: Dedicated to understanding and meeting customer requirements for effective dispute resolution.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing processes and systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing stakeholders globally.
  • Process Adherence: Commitment to adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring errorfree documentation.
  • Work Ethic: High achiever with a focus on timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in English (additional language capabilities a plus).
  • Ability to use positive language and maintain professional communication standards.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Experience in direct stakeholder interactions, preferably in a global context.

Additional Information:

  • Manage disputes in 24 hrs
  • FTHR should be > 70%
  • No – repeat dispute
