As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers working on Java/J2EE-based solutions, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and quality standards. Its a hands-on role.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize data pipelines, including data replicas, star schemas, and analytics frameworks.
- Leverage Oracle/AWS cloud platforms, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient cloud-based solutions.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of build pipelines and systems, ensuring smooth CI/CD processes.
- Solve complex challenges, including addressing unknown unknowns, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Stay organized and methodical in planning and execution to streamline workflows and maximize productivity.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (or a related field).
- Proven experience managing Java/J2EE product development teams.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle cloud technologies is a good to have; experience with other cloud platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including architecture, deployment, and optimization.
- Knowledge of next-gen AI concepts such as Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and their applications in development and data analytics.
- Experience with data pipeline design and implementation, including analytics-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing build pipelines to support robust CI/CD processes.
- Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
