In this role, you will collaborate closely with team managers, lead developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Pune office.

About The Role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with team managers, lead developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Pune office.
About You
At least 3 years experience developing applications using ASP.Net Core or .Net.You will have experience in various aspects of the software development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and beyond. You will also have:
- experience in PL/SQL, Business Logic, and User Interfaces.
- experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- understanding and curiosity about trends and new technologies
- experience with Flutter.
- experience working in the utilities (gas and electricity) industry.
- Develop and maintain software applications using .Net and PL/SQL technologies.
- Work with the team manager, lead developers, and product owner to determine feasible tasks, methods, and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the team manager, lead developers, peer SW developers and Test Engineers to ensure quality and timely deliveries within budget.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning/re-planning, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Assist in creating detailed design documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the product.
- Foster a positive team spirit and contribute to team efforts.
