SocialPilot is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media networks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create and execute innovative social media strategies. If you are passionate about social media, have a knack for creativity, and are skilled in using tools like Canva and scheduling platforms, we would love to hear from you.

This is a full-time role based in Ahmedabad, India, and might require occasional domestic and international travel.

What you will do

Strategy Development and Implementation:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and support marketing and sales efforts.
  • Align social media strategies with business goals and marketing campaigns.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media scheduling tools to maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Community Engagement:

  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments and queries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor customer reviews and manage online reputation.
  • Foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Generate insights and create reports to make data-driven decisions.
  • Use social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

  • Stay current with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Brainstorm and execute new and creative ideas to promote brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost engagement.
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data to inform and refine strategies.

Advertising Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, targeting, and performance analysis.

What are you like

  • 4-6 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Canva and social media scheduling tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices, algorithms, and tools for each social media network.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
