Job Overview

We are hiring a Site Quality Supervisor (Electrical) to join our team at DCS Group. As the Site Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality are met in all electrical projects and activities at our sites. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills in DDUGJY, R-APDRP, Rural Electrification, System Strengthening, Loss Reduction, and Project Quality Monitoring.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of DDUGJY, R-APDRP, Rural Electrification, System Strengthening, Loss Reduction, and Project Quality Monitoring.
• Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform thorough inspections.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in all electrical projects at site.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure proper implementation of corrective actions.
• Review project documents and specifications to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and site staff to develop and implement quality control plans.
• Monitor and track project progress and quality metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff on quality procedures and best practices.
• Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or complaints.
• Participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to address quality concerns and provide recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and outcomes.
