Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to oversee the construction projects at various worksites. As a Site Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in construction management. The job location is Gandhidham, Gujarat, India, and the employment type is full-time.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role, with 4 to 6 years of experience in construction management
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse team
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures, and the ability to enforce them on-site
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other construction documents
• Proficiency in using construction equipment and tools
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Roles And Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and other construction workers, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Review project plans and blueprints, and identify any discrepancies or issues that may arise
• Monitor construction progress, and provide regular updates to the project manager
• Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may occur during the course of the project
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports, including any issues or concerns
• Manage and maintain all construction equipment and tools, and ensure they are in good working condition
• Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement work schedules and timelines
• Train and mentor junior construction workers, and provide guidance and instructions as needed
