About The Role

Shift Officer is responsible for managing the shift operation independently, with managing the other refining intermediate process with closely coordinating with people & superior with targeted output. Basic knowledge of Hydrogenation / interesterification / fractionation / neutralization

Job Description

• Run the shift activity as per planning with targeted output & report to superior.
• Monitoring the process parameter as per the product requirement and maintained.
• Highlight the Maintenance activity, process troubleshooting & shift down time.
• Monthly Conduct trainings on EHS, Food Safety & TBT.
• Follow the Company policy, safety norm & SOP
• Ensure the document checklist & log sheet filling & shift report.
• Focus on organization KRA.
  
  
  

Qualification

• B. Tech in Oil / With 2-5 Year experience in same field OR
• Graduate Engineer with minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in edible oil refinery OR
• Graduate Engineer in Chemical
• Oil Industry exp would be an added advantage
