- Conduct regular site inspection with respect to SHE plan/procedure
- Conduct hazard identification & risk assessments to identify potential hazards and developing preventative strategies for the area of operations
- Organize Safety training for staff, workmen & sub-contractors
- Monitor compliance with SHE policies, plan, procedure and prepare report
- Implement company’s SHE Digital initiative at site
- Conduct Emergency Mock drills at site based on the project specific plan
- Conduct Incident investigation with root cause analysis
- Prepare SHE related reports/documentations
- Conduct Internal audit as per ISO 45001 & 14001 requirements
- Min. total 5 years of experience and experience 2 years (Metro/ Rail infrastructure project experience preferred/Ballast less track work experience is highly preferred
