Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide customers with detailed estimates of repairs and maintenance, highlighting benefits where applicable.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues swiftly and satisfactorily.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on services, promotions, and industry developments to provide informed advice.
