Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy & Leadership
- Develop & Execute Strategy: Create a robust talent acquisition roadmap aligning with business goals, focusing on both local and international recruitment for advanced cell manufacturing and battery chemicals.
- Build & Lead the TA Team: Establish, mentor, and manage a high-performing recruiting squad within the next two quarters, setting clear KPIs and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans.
- Global & Executive Hiring
- Expat & Specialist Hiring: Drive executive and niche hires by tapping into global talent pools, ensuring seamless relocation and onboarding experiences.
- Leadership Recruitment: Identify, attract, and secure senior-level talent critical to organizational success, particularly in Manufacturing, R&D, engineering, and supply chain roles.
- Cross-Geography Staffing & Coordination
- Holistic Coverage: Oversee recruitment for corporate headquarters, manufacturing sites, technology centers, and other global offices.
- Consistent Standards: Ensure cohesive talent strategies, consistent candidate experience, and timely staffing across all geographies.
- End-to-End Accountability: Coordinate all hiring requirements and maintain complete accountability for meeting talent needs in diverse locations.
- Campus & Early-Career Programs
- Pipeline Building: Develop cadre hiring strategies to attract Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) and M.Tech graduates.
- Campus Engagement: Forge strong relationships with top engineering institutes, designing structured internship and campus hiring initiatives.
- Onboarding & Development: Oversee tailored training programs, accelerating skill development for fresh hires to meet exacting manufacturing standards.
- Employer Branding & Outreach
- Brand Positioning: Champion the companys brand as a premier employer in the clean energy and advanced manufacturing space.
- Recruitment Marketing: Utilize social media, job fairs, and industry events to increase visibility and appeal to high-caliber professionals.
- Process Optimization & Compliance
- Candidate Experience: Streamline recruitment processes with digital tools to ensure an exceptional and efficient candidate journey.
- Regulatory Alignment: Maintain full compliance with local and international HR regulations, upholding ethical and legal hiring standards.
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Inclusive Hiring: Embed D&I principles into every stage of recruitment, building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives.
- Underrepresented Talent: Launch targeted initiatives to attract talent from varied backgrounds, supporting our mission to innovate through inclusivity.
- External Partnerships & Assessment
- Executive Search Collaboration: Manage relationships with specialized search firms to secure high-impact, niche, or executive-level talent.
- Assessment Center Engagement: Collaborate with reputable assessment vendors to conduct data-driven, holistic candidate evaluations, ensuring the best talent fit for our organizational needs.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-growth or manufacturing industries.
- Experience of multi location hiring; for greenfield manufacturing plants & corporate teams.
- Proven experience in building and leading talent acquisition teams.
- Familiarity with current recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment marketing
