Overview: As a Sourcing Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and coordinating the recruitment process. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while maintaining a high level of candidate satisfaction.

- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, professional networks, job boards) as well as offline methods (e.g., networking events, referrals).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and ensure a diverse candidate pool.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ suitability for the position and their interest in the company.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments, including scheduling, booking venues, and communicating with candidates and interviewers.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
- Assist with the negotiation and preparation of job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or sourcing specialist, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving recruitment needs and priorities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome sourcing challenges.
- Positive attitude and a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities.
