Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, RDBMS (Oracle preferred), and React Js, HTML, CSS.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
• Experience working with cloud technologies and services will be added advantage.
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes will be added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, Oracle RDBMS, and React Js, HTML, CSS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement and maintain scalable and efficient front-end and back-end architectures.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance.
• Work closely with product management and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to enhance existing systems and drive innovation.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support.
