Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Intelligent Apps, aligning with Oracle Fusion CX Analytics' strategy and long-term goals.
- Product Execution: Oversee, own, and drive the product development process from ideation to launch to scale.
- Analytics Innovation: Develop new analytics products that incorporate advanced data models, machine learning, and predictive insights to address emerging market trends in pricing, compensation, and subscription management.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and QA teams to build innovative solutions and ensure smooth delivery through development pipelines.
- Customer-Centric Design: Gather and prioritize customer requirements through market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to design user-centric solutions.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop compelling messaging, training materials, and sales enablement tools.
- Performance Metrics: Define success metrics and monitor product performance to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Industry Expertise & Trends: Stay up to date on industry developments, trends in analytics, and evolving customer needs related to pricing strategies, incentives, and subscription-based business models.
- Experience: 6-10+ years in product management, ideally with experience in analytics, enterprise SaaS products, or data-driven applications.
- Domain Expertise: Familiarity with pricing analytics, incentive compensation models, or subscription management is highly desirable.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Understanding of analytics platforms, data visualization tools, data models, and data pipelines; experience with machine learning or predictive analytics is a plus.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
