OTS (One Team Sales):

As Senior Process Expert you are expected to have a functional knowledge of Sales and upselling principles, desktop applications and systems. Able work in a team environment with high level of passion and motivation.

A Beginner level understanding of logistics products, solutions, pricing and terminology, Supply Chain development process.

• Graduate with experiences in Ocean and Logistics industry over 2 – 3 years preferred
• Industry experience +3 years in sales, marketing, business development or commercial
• Good interpersonal, negotiating and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications
• Proven track record of targeting, pursuing, and winning opportunities, through both personal and collaborative selling efforts aligned to business objectives
• Strong presence of mind and ability to communicate, present, consult with decision makers
• Strong time management with regards to managing multiple objectives and priorities with high level of stakeholder management both internally and externally.
• Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers
• Confident in offering consultative recommendations to clients that would results in long-term strategic value to Maersk
• Customer centric view and Positive mindset
• Long term dependability and open to working in night shift is a must
• Has overall sales responsibility for customer relationships and performance of a small customer portfolio.
