Senior Process Executive-Voice

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive-O2C with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and MS Office along with a strong background in Accounts Receivable Order to Cash and Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires night shift availability and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
• Oversee accounts receivable activities including monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue accounts.
• Utilize MS Excel to analyze financial data generate reports and provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update financial databases regularly.
• Provide support in month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure financial accuracy.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in the O2C cycle.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
• Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address payment issues and negotiate payment plans.
• Support the finance team in various accounting tasks as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and software tools.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Demonstrate expertise in Accounts Receivable Order to Cash and Finance & Accounting processes.
• Have excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
• Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
• Show attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
• Have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems in the O2C process.
