About the Role:

As a Senior Manager HR, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing HR functions and strategies to align with business objectives. This role requires extensive experience in HR management, employee engagement, and compliance.

Functional Parameters:

• Strategic HR Leadership Target: Lead the HR department in developing and executing strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Target: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring of qualified candidates.
• Employee Relations & Engagement Target: Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing grievances and maintaining strong employee relations.
• Learning & Development Target: Implement robust L&D programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
• Compensation & Benefits Management Target: Design and oversee competitive compensation structures and employee benefits packages.
• Compliance and Legal Target: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
• Performance Management Target: Lead performance appraisals and feedback processes to align employee output with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Target: Collaborate with various departments to align HR strategies with business requirements.
• HR Policy Development Target: Review and refine HR policies in line with industry standards and best practices.
• Change Management Target: Manage organizational change and transformation initiatives effectively.
  
  

Fundamental Parameters:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR; MBA in HR preferred.
• 12+ years of HR experience with strong leadership skills.
• Proven expertise in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Candidates with experience in the Jewelry manufacturing industry are preferred, bringing a unique understanding of the sector's nuances.
