Responsibilities

• Understand the business strategy and partners with senior and executive leaders to be future ready by building and executing short term and long term talent strategies.
• Proactively work with senior and executive leaders and HR COEs to identify and align HR priorities and human capital efforts to business objectives. Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and more.
• Drive and influence strategic organizational and human capital discussions with leaders.
• Ensure the ability to identify and retain key and emerging talent
• Proactive champion of a cross-functional employee experience and premier culture
• Collaborate with the business and HR COEs to ensure readiness for growth and scale
• Bring data, analytics, benchmark and industry knowledge to enable decisions and business discussions
• Collaborate with all COE’s to deliver customized talent solutions to the business as we scale

• Data driven and savvy with metrics and analytics to drive decisions and solutioning. Able to synthesize data to extract key takeaways and narratives pertinent to business leaders
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across all levels within the organization;
• An individual who inspires action, builds relationships, and facilitates change
• Ability to align strategy, people and activities across functions, processes and teams is critical. Someone who is able to translate vision and strategy into clear, actionable human capital plans.
• Seasoned and detailed professional who can span between strategic work and execution of operational tactics to ensure detailed and flawless delivery of people programs and services
  
  

Experience / Education

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in technology and global environments
• An undergraduate degree is required
• Experience supporting Engineering, Product Management, Sales and/or Services teams preferred.
• Organizational Development and Change Management experience preferred.
• Master’s degree is a plus
• Project Management experiences is a plus
• M&A experience a plus
