About the role:

Travel MIS Management :

● Collect, analyze, and report travel-related data weekly, fortnightly & Monthly

● Accuracy of data presented in the reports

● Develop and maintain comprehensive Travel MIS reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends

● Regularly update and reconcile travel data to ensure accuracy and completeness

● Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (internal & External) to gather information and streamline data flow.

Travel Booking:

● Taking responsibility for travel bookings when the other person is unavailable

● Coordinate with travel agencies or online platforms to secure cost-effective and convenient travel arrangements

● Ensure compliance with company travel policies

● Confirm travel reservations, communicate itineraries, and provide support to employees when needed

Qualifications & Experience:

● 3-4 years of industry experience

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

● Past experience in managing Travel MIS and handling travel bookings

● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
