Job Title: Senior Executive

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive to join our Customer Service department. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
• Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure that service level agreements are met
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
• Prepare and present reports on team performance and customer feedback to senior management
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software
