- Should lead and successfully complete Backup / DR Solutions
- Assess and Trouble Shoot Issues, and get involved with Post implementation phases
- Would be involved in Pre-Sales Demonstration & Query Handling
- Consulting , Designing & Deploying Backup / DR Solutions
- Must manage Documentation & Presenting backup / DR Solutions
- Trouble Shooting Issues related to Backup / DR
- Leading a team of Engineers where project is large
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for leading the team.
