Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, lead generation, and field sales, preferably in the manufacturing or automobile industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Generate leads through various channels, including field sales, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Present and negotiate sales proposals and close deals effectively.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the internal team to deliver customized solutions to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in manufacturing, automobile, or any industry with a proven track record of success.
• Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
• Lead Generation: Strong experience in generating and converting leads.
• Field Sales: Hands-on experience in field sales is highly preferred.
• Communication: Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Location: Must be willing to work from the Faridabad office.
