Roles And Responsibilities

• Understanding the business operations and supporting the business from the finance point of view.
• Accounting of vendor invoices and closure of tickets.
• Follow up with business teams for invoices approvals and updation of invoice tracker.
• Reviewing the payments made to vendors.
• Creation of FAR in ERP/Excel, monthly accounting of depreciation and reconciliation with books.
• Collecting and analyzing various accounting / operational data to prepare monthly estimates.
• Managing and overseeing accounting w.r.t. Accounts Payable. Support month-end and year-end closure process like GL scrutiny, variance analysis, MIS schedules etc.
• Creating SOP manuals for the Finance Department through the lens of ERP enablement.
• Assisting in financial /regulatory diligence/audit by third parties.
• Assists in day to day functioning of the finance functions and collaborate with accounting team.
• Preparation of reports as required by management.
• Ensure processes are lean and agile, and people are empowered to focus on making right decisions
  
  

Skills Required

• Proven working experience in Accounting
• Taxation knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESI, etc
• Hands on working in Oracle Netsuite/tally.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and good communication skills
• Should have a positive attitude, be a good team player, be willing to learn and be flexible to adapt into varied roles within the finance team.
• Should be a problem solver, proactively reach out to stakeholders to solve deadlock / issues.
• Has completed 3 years CA internship and then having 3-5 years of work experience
