As member of the DWS Strategy and Roadmap team, you as a Senior IT Architect are accountable to lead the technical architecture as well as the product and service design. You will be facilitating conference calls and actively leading design workshops and technical discussions to explain the main concepts and design requirements. You may act as a technical lead for projects focused on Desktop, Collaboration or Identity & Access Management areas.

The same applies when it comes to converting divisional IT demand into technology as well as Business Case preparation and presentation to senior management.

For any M365 topic, you are being perceived an “Evangelist” with hands on technical experience in the area of „end-user-computing”. Sometimes, tasks might get tricky, and this is where cooperation with other IT departments and specialists will come into play.

When it comes to the preparation of service and technology roadmaps, reflecting the M365 technology evolution and mapping it to DHL Group’s IT strategy is key.

For any enhancement related to the M365 product portfolio within DHL Group’s environment, you are our superhero. The same applies when it comes to proposing necessary changes to the production environment in DHL Group.

Last but not least, guidance on information security as well as data privacy aspects associated with the global usage of M365 are all in your IT architecture league.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

As a Senior Architect for Microsoft 365, having profound technical knowledge in the M365 portfolio is a must. Very good knowledge of Microsoft’s Identity and Access Management portfolio as well as Microsoft’s platform services like Win10, Win 11, SCCM and Intune are required. Hands-on troubleshooting as well as scripting will be also an integral part of your role.

You are a technical design aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of Microsoft’s M365 architecture, are able to draft design concepts and have the ability to persuade and communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience. Hands-on experience with Azure, M365 or Intune tenant configuration is beneficial.

You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
