The Role Includes
- To critically evaluate, understand and benchmark quality standard desired by the customers.
- Must prepare daily SOPs to be followed during and after stabilization to bring out best quality and more production.
- Must critically evaluate possible reasons for production related problems right from initial ordering and execution phase, generate necessary action plans and ensure its proper implementation.
- Must coordinate with other teams to run the coating line in a much efficient way
- Motivate self and team to develop best of practices to be carried for good quality and larger production.
