- Execute action plan to minimize losses, rejects and reworks in shift operations
- Execute resource optimization including Man, Machines, Materials, Supplies & Utilities in shift operations
- Complying statutory, regulatory requirements and audit observations
- Execute action plan for supply of Coal as per Mines targets
- Deliver quality and quantity of Coal as per customers’ requirement
- Supervise and monitor the team to deliver production in shift operations
