Scrum Master - ITT Lot 1B

Prodapt is looking for a Scrum Master to work from office. He / She need deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.

Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies: Conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Removing Impediments: Identifying and resolving obstacles that hinder team progress.

Coaching and Mentoring: Guiding the team on Agile principles and practices.

Promoting Agile Mindset: Fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Essential Skills:

Technical Skills: Understanding of Agile methodologies, tools, and basic technical concepts.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and empathy skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies:
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Removing Impediments:
• Identify and address obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and unblock the team.
• Coaching and Mentoring:
• Coach the team on Agile principles, practices, and values.
• Mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.
• Promoting Agile Mindset:
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and adaptive team culture.
• Encourage self-organization and continuous improvement.
  

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery.
• Risk Management:
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
• Manage expectations and address concerns.
• Change Management:
• Manage changes to project scope, timeline, or resources.
• Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Requirements

To be a successful Scrum Master, you typically need a combination of technical skills, soft skills, and certifications:

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of Agile Methodologies: A deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana), version control systems (Git), and collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams).
