SBU Head - Equity Sales

We offer an entire gamut of Financial Services like Brokerage (Equity, Commodity, Currency), Portfolio Management Services, Research & Advisory, Investment Banking, Depository & Repository and Distribution (Mutual Fund, IPO’s, FPO’s). We have pan India presence and our core strength lies in Research & Advisory Services, primarily catering to Institutional & Ultra HNI Clients with a professional team of analysts. The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Ascertaining customer's needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.
• Managing the point-of-sale processes.
• Ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracy and receiving shipments.
• Staying up to date on products, market and trends.
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Hiring, motivating, coaching and developing high calibre sales talent to ensure service excellence.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
• You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• You have working knowledge of visionary, leadership, financial acumen, client centric and experience
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
• You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
