Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP TM modules, experience in integrating SAP TM with other SAP modules (such as EWM, SD, MM), and a thorough understanding of transportation and logistics processes. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized transportation management solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP TM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Analyze business needs and create functional designs for transportation management processes, including planning, scheduling, freight management, and carrier collaboration.
• Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules (EWM, SD, MM, FI) and external systems.
• Configure transportation planning, charge management, and settlement functionalities within SAP TM.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for key stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support for SAP TM post-go-live.
• Prepare project documentation, such as functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP TM features, releases, and best practices, recommending improvements where necessary.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure seamless integration of transportation processes within the larger supply chain and logistics workflows.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP TM configuration and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of transportation and logistics processes, including freight management, shipment planning, and optimization.
• Experience in integrating SAP TM with other SAP modules (e.g., EWM, SD, MM).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM is a plus.
• SAP TM certification is an advantage.
