Key Responsibilities
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets for Home Loans and LAP.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients, builders, brokers, and financial intermediaries.
- Customer Engagement: Provide consultative support to customers, ensuring a seamless loan process and positive customer experience.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and compliance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years in sales, with 2-3 years in a leadership role in home loan/LAP sales (preferably in affordable housing).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. In-depth knowledge of home loan/LAP products and market dynamics.
