Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. You will represent the company in your assigned territory and ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by selling products or services to new and existing customers within the assigned geographical area.
- Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and monitor competitors.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Negotiation & Closing Sales: Negotiate terms and close sales contracts with clients.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up on sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and address customer needs.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: Proven experience in field sales or a similar sales role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Customer-Focused: Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Technology: Proficient in using CRM software, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours, as required.
