Role:

We are looking for a passionate Sales Representative who can confidently engage with CXOs and founders worldwide. The role involves working during odd hours due to international time zones, and all interactions will be online. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of technology to effectively sell our tech products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers using various channels including cold emails, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to present our products and solutions.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations (PPTs) and product demos tailored to the client's needs.
  • Manage the sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute strategies to generate leads and improve sales.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with customer information and sales activities.
  • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and needs.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with tech products (1-5 years preferred, but confident freshers are welcome).
  • Good logical understanding.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international clients.
