Roles and Responsibilities:

 Handling the team of minimum 10 Designer.

 Working with the team to brainstorm creative ideas using different techniques, such as story boarding or mind-mapping, to visualise different stages of the project.

 Conducting creative sessions with the team to define design goals and objectives, design elements, user experience and branding.

 Communicating the design outline to the team, preparing project deliverables, setting timelines and delegating tasks.

 Overseeing the project from start to finish, monitoring progress and ensuring its timely completion within the specified budget

 Devoting business concepts and interpreting client reports to produce innovative outcomes.

 Creating strategic design plans to satisfy clients

 Fixing the project timeline and budget and making the team adhere to it.

 Concept design as per client requirement and budget.

 Doing on going / completed project QC in production.

 Supervising design projects and aiding the team from the beginning to the end.

 Respond to Requests for Quotation from the Sales team

 Serve as the primary client interface, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project

 Report on the status of the department at weekly intervals and prepare regular reports showing any variance to budget, estimated installation dates

 Develop project management tools and have responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of customer orders

 Constantly evaluate the market and competitors

 Responsible for managing the pipeline ensuring the ID department meets its financial and productivity targets.
