Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and acquire new clients for broking products like Demat accounts, equity, mutual funds, and other financial products.
- Conduct prospecting calls, presentations, and one-on-one meetings to onboard potential customers.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Understand clients investment needs and provide suitable financial product recommendations.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for broking and other investment products.
- Cross-sell financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, SIPs, and portfolio management services.
- Client Servicing:
- Provide timely support to clients on queries related to their accounts, trades, or investments.
- Update clients about market trends, opportunities, and new product launches.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements while interacting with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in selling broking products
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of stock markets, equity products, and trading platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with trading software.
