Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Level Relationship Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be based in locations including Saharanpur, Varanasi, Jamshedpur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Ajmer, and Nagpur. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships and driving sales within the BFSI sector.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Effective communication skills to nurture client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for identifying client needs and providing suitable solutions.
  • Proven track record in insurance sales with a keen understanding of the market trends.
  • Experience in loan sales to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Expertise in casa sales to efficiently handle client portfolios and banking needs.
  • Credit card sales experience with a focus on retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Field sales ability to gather new clients and maintain existing relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • BFSI sales knowledge to effectively drive sales efforts within the financial sector (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in life insurance for personalized selling and coverage explanation.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and effectively convert them into successful transactions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver a comprehensive and seamless service to clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Continuously enhance industry knowledge to provide the best advice and solutions to clients.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events and activities to promote company services and maintain competitive edge.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff members to enhance capability and service delivery.
