- Develop and implement sales strategies for the region to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives in line with the company's overall goals.
Requirement Title Regional Sales Manager South
Work Experience Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry.

Salary Budget 18-20 LPA
Notice Period 15 days - those candidates who can join within 15 days are acceptable only
Gender Only male is required
Timing & work Days 10am to 6pm (Monday to Fri)
Must Have skills
- Proven track record of generating business in this segment. Must have End-to-End closure
- 2nd Round- Face-to-Face interview at Pune
Those candidates shortlisted for F2F in 2nd round of interview. He will be given two-way 2nd class- Train ticket for attending interview or Bus Ticket as per distance availability.
No flight ticket will be given to shortlisted candidates
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead a team of seasoned Area Sales Managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
- Foster a dynamic and results-driven culture, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
- Facilitate collaboration and open communication between the Area Managers and the broader sales team to maximize regional performance.
- Sales Performance & Monitoring:
- Monitor sales team performance, set KPIs, and take necessary corrective measures to ensure targets are met.
- Track progress and report on sales metrics, trends, and forecasts to the Head of Sales.
- Conduct regular reviews with Area Sales Managers to assess performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and grow relationships with key corporate accounts and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and ensure the satisfaction of key clients.
- Handle escalations from Area Managers as needed, providing solutions for complex customer challenges.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
- Collaborate with technical support and service teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and productively
