Job Summary

As a Recruiter at Lowe's, you'll work in a dynamic, high-volume recruiting environment. You'll play a crucial role in managing recruitment activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, works effectively with internal and external stakeholders, possesses exceptional communication skills, and embraces the challenge of building a talented workforce. This position offers excellent growth opportunities within a leading recruiting organization.

As a specialist will build, qualify, and maintain talent pipelines aligned with Lowe's India's recruitment needs. You'll collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting teams across all Lowe's departments and business groups while upholding Lowe's employment brand in every candidate interaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic recruiting and candidate sourcing
  • Develop qualified and diverse candidate pipelines and Proactive pipelining
  • Engage potential candidates through various online and offline channels
  • Conduct candidate screening through profile screening, through various channels (Eg: Workday)
  • Forward qualified candidates to recruiting teams
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and status in CRM and ATS systems
  • Research and share updates on emerging recruitment technologies and methods.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics; create reports and dashboards..etc
  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Analyze labor market data and develop insights for the Talent Acquisition team, as well as conduct competitor intelligence to help Lowe’s compete and succeed in a competitive labor market.
  • Lead talent pool sizing exercises to uncover hidden pools of diverse talent and help establish achievable diversity goals.

Years Of Experience

  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience (particularly in sourcing) within GCC or equivalent organizations
  • Proficiency in CRM and ATS systems
  • Extensive experience with various sourcing channels, including job boards, social sourcing, and referral programs..etc
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities
  • Expertise in modern sourcing techniques

Education Qualification & Certifications

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Outlook)
  • Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms (preferred)

Skill Set Required,

Primary Skills (must have)

  • Deep understanding of various skill sets and business needs
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
  • Proactive support of TA Sourcing efforts
  • Strong database management skills

Secondary Skills (desired)

  • Account management focus, skilled at partnering with hiring teams
  • Must have experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
  • This individual will be heavily networked and will be knowledgeable of leading search practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision; proven ability to act at both the strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced; must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
