Admin cum Receptionist

Role Overview

The Admin cum Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth front-office operations and supports various administrative functions in alignment with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the front desk, including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.

Administrative Support

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, pantry items, and other requirements.
  • Maintain office inventory and stock records.
  • Support HR and other departments with document filing, courier dispatch, and stationery orders.

Communication And Coordination

  • Respond to inquiries and provide relevant information about the company.
  • Liaise with housekeeping, IT, and other support staff for smooth office operations.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

General Office Assistance

  • Oversee visitor logs and maintain security by following safety procedures.
  • Handle employee attendance and entry/exit record management.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as required.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setup.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule

Full-time | Monday to Saturday (Second Fourth Saturday Off)
