React Developer

We are looking for a talented and versatile Full-Stack Developer with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a primary focus on front-end and back-end development using React.js and Node.js, with additional expertise in C# and WebAPI. This role requires a strong foundation in web development, with the ability to work across the stack and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• Front-End Development:
• Design and develop responsive, dynamic, and interactive web interfaces using React.js.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
• Implement state management using Redux or similar libraries.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional code.
• Back-End Development:
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Ensure secure and efficient handling of data by integrating with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT or OAuth.
• Secondary Back-End Development (C# and WebAPI):
• Develop and maintain WebAPI services using C# for specific application modules.
• Integrate C# applications with existing Node.js services and databases.
• Collaborate with the team to refactor and optimize existing C# codebases.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work in close collaboration with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Act as a bridge between front-end and back-end development teams, ensuring seamless integration.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver accordingly.
• DevOps & Deployment:
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Contribute to the CI/CD pipelines to enhance the efficiency of the development and deployment process.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance through continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Testing & Debugging:
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Utilize tools like Jest, Mocha, or NUnit for testing across JavaScript and C# components.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Telecom and Computer Science and related fields.
• MSc/Masters with specialization in Telecom/IT/Computer Science (desired)
• Work experience of 3-7 years in Application Development
• Adaptability and experience working in multi-channel delivery projects
• Strong technical knowledge in AD & ASM, systems, and databases, with below
  
  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Primary Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with in-depth knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for back-end development.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL), SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Secondary Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in C# and experience with building and consuming WebAPI services.
• Knowledge of .NET framework and related tools.
• Experience integrating C# back-end services with front-end applications built with React.
